CABIN DESCRIPTION

Black Hawk Hideaway is located in Tollgate Canyon, 15 minutes from Park City. With this modern cabin just 7 minutes up the canyon off I-80, you will experience full mountain living with 5-star accommodations. The canyon road is paved up to our neighbor’s property and plowed for year-around access. Black Hawk Hideaway was built with both kids and parents needs in mind. Our ultimate goal is to help your family and friends build lasting memories. You can’t help but put down your phone or tablet and reconnect with each other.

Kids will enjoy the pool table, shuffleboard, hot tub, climbing through the pines to Hawk Lookout, and cooking hot dogs and smores on the cover deck’s wood fireplace*. On poor weather days, this hideaway will not disappoint with it’s epic window views, cozy up and watch a movie, soak in the hot tub or play games as you weather the storm.

Parents we have not forgot about you. Each master suite has been finished to meet your “get away” needs. Black Hawk Hideaway has the fireplace suite, the view suite, and the main floor suite. All three were designed to be private retreats, when needed. The full kitchen and large living room are stunning and the perfect place to laugh, play games or play the 12-foot shuffleboard. In the Spring, Summer, and Fall, most families spend their time relaxing on the 30-foot covered deck, enjoying a cup of hot chocolate or soaking in the hot tub. Black Hawk Hideaway will be just what your relationships need.

Location, location, location. You will enjoy the beauty and privacy of Tollgate Canyon while being just minutes from I-80 and Park City Kimball Junction. At Kimball Junction you will find restaurants, outlet mall, Walmart Superstore and our family favorite locations.

Enter Black Hawk Hideaway with the door key code you received in the welcome email. Open the basement door for your party and they can enter the mud room, hang up their coats and remove their boots/shoes. The basement has a pool table and two kid bunk rooms that sleeps a total of 12 kids. Kids have their own basement bathroom. 

On the main floor, the open concept design is for the entire group to hangout, play shuffleboard or card games, and eat together. The indoor counter and table can accommodate 16 and the deck can fit many more. The main floor master is for those guest that struggle with stairs. This suite has a queen bed and private bathroom.

The second floor has the two main master suites. The fireplace suite with a private balcony, king-size bed and private bath. The view suite has the best view in the cabin that stretch over the covered deck and down Tollgate Canyon. The sunrises can be enjoyed from the king size bed and private bath. 

The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook. The granite island is designed to entertain. 

The outdoor wood fireplace* will set the mood for a romantic evening or laughter with the kids. *Due to safety restrictions, special conditions and additional costs are associated with use of the outdoor fireplace during your stay.

We understand that being completely unplugged during your vacations is not always possible. Black Hawk Hideaway subscribes to Star Link. While we have the fastest plan possible, internet is not always 100% reliable. We do our best to give you reliable internet so you can get your work done and get back to having fun and making those lasting memories. Live conference calls are possible but may experience an occasional drop in service.
